Kuttey tells the story of a group of stray dogs who live on the streets of Mumbai. As the conflict heats up, the dogs are forced to confront their own fears and limitations. Bhola, the pack leader, struggles to keep his pack together amidst the chaos, while Chhotu, the smallest and weakest member of the group, must find the strength to rise up and prove himself. In the end, the dogs are victorious, and Mr. Gupta is forced to abandon his plans to build on their land. The dogs celebrate their victory, but also realize that their fight is far from over - they must continue to defend their home and their way of life against those who seek to destroy it.
